3) I'm sorry to have to say this but your spelling and grammar are not up to standard. Sentences such as "He Kills in order of the alphabet" and "The next murder doesn't happen and a man walks into the police station and told the police that he did the crimes" which changes tense in mid-sentence, are good examples.
